Brahmagiri National Park

This Brahmagiri National Park lies in Kodagu or Coorg district of Karnataka, India. This is a part of the larger Western Ghats ecosystem and a World Heritage site. It forms itself at the border of the states of Karnataka and Kerala. Its region comprises an area of the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary of the state of Kerala. It's one region with rich biodiversity and highly beautiful landscapes, a site also important for protecting some endangered species. It lies on the north side of the Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary, while on the south side, it lies on the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary in Kerala. • By Air: The nearest airport is Mangalore International Airport, nearly 130 km from there, while Bangalore Kempegowda International Airport is about 270 km from there. 

• By Train: Mysore Railway Station (120 km from the site). From Mysore station, Taxis or bus services would be available. 

• By Roads: The Park is accessible by road too. Coming from the city of Madikeri towards Brahmagiri, which is about 40 kilometres away. The distance would be around 22km if coming from Virajpet. The nearest options are a taxi or getting onto a bus.
