The night trek was great but next day rappeling was not.We were told we will be in bangalore by 10:30 but we were teamed with other individuals for rappeling.
Excellent service. Awesome experience. It would be more good if pickup/drop bus will be AC.
This was my first night trekking trip and the trip was an awesome experience for me. It was well organised. The guides and other persons associated were very well behaved and really helpful.
It's a wonderful and great trek to venture upon with friends. Beautiful scenery from hilltop. Little disappointed that rappelling got cancelled in the last minute due to the weather. All in a beautiful experience.
It was fantastic! The cave exploration didn't happen so they sent me with a group for Kunti Betta trek. The guides Mubarak and Ayaan were very kind and helpful. Lots of empathy. The scenery and the sunrise were out of this world but that is Ramnagar's specialty. The kayaking at the dam too was great. Thanks for a great experience that proves that though steeping out of one's comfort zone is hard, in the long run it is worth it.
Not great. Things were not as planned. No campfire. Bus ride was uncomfortable. Reached the location almost 2 hours late. Which caused everything to get delayed. Although the cave exploration n sure rise view was enjoyable.
The first part of the 'trek' was fun. More than a trek it involved trying to get your body through narrow crevices and making sure you don't slip on the rocks. It was definitely adventurous. This ended in 45 minutes, roughly around 3:30 AM.Then the un-fun part started. We were sitting outside on a cold night until 7:30 AM. It was presumably for watching sunrise. The staff lit some small fires and blasted some loud music. Some high energy folks danced for a few minutes around the fire but slowly people lost steam. The marketing material in the site said they would provide sleeping bags. There were no sleeping bagsOverall, the cold and discomfort of 4 hours outweighed the fun of 1 hour.
