Set along the pollachi-Valparai road, this point has been christened after Colonel Loam, British officer and instrumental in the construction of the mountain route way back in the era when British ruled this land . The highly photographed spot presents visitors with spellbinding panoramic views of the forests , valleys, reservoirs, and spectacular mountains.
