Starting in Jaget Sukh, this route leads you through flower-laden valleys, flowering meadows, bubbling brooks, verdant pastures, and across an ancient bridge, not forgetting some spectacular views of the Pir Panjal mountain range and Rohtang Pass that will ensure you stay energised throughout your journey! As you progress along your trek, your path will lead you to Chandratal Lake (4,480 meters/14,698 feet). Situated high on a mountain ridge, its waters shimmer emerald blue against the stunning backdrop of Deo Tibba peak, which towers majestically overhead. Spend the night here under starry Himalayan skies.Your journey will then continue to Chota Chandertal, also located on this ridge. Here, you can camp and spend the night while taking in stunning views of Deo Tibba peak, making this campsite an ideal spot to unwind away from modern life's stresses. Once you've had time to explore this charming village, begin the trek back to Baara Hazar. Expect it to take around 5-6 hours as you make your way through terrain filled with moraines; when you reach Baara Hazar, you'll pitch your tents and spend the night taking in breathtaking Himalayan stars. Your final day of trekking will start off right with a hearty breakfast prepared by our high-altitude chef. From there, you will trek towards Jagatsukh Nala stream and head further uphill - beware that some sections may feature boulders.
