About Biddarakatte Day Trek:
Within close vicinity of the Savanadurga trek is the Bidarakatte Trek which starts from the Kempegowda tree park and following an incline reaches to the top of the hill at Doddarebylu. All along the path one gets to enjoy the vegetation mainly in the form of small trees to stunted growth mainly bushy interspersed with rocks. Among many myriad life forms keeping company to the trekker is the Rock Agama and its many hues depending on the season whether it is the breeding season or not. Breeding season indicates vivid colours. The monsoon is an amazing time to do this trek with the greenery dominating the landscape and for a while the rocks take the backstage. Encountering butterflies and beetles is a way of life on the trek trail. What makes this trek more interesting is the presence of a historic old Fort and the reminisces of the old walled city in its precincts. The aura is heightened more with the presence of an old temple along the trail. Interesting birds like the Endangered Yellow Throated Bulbul along with the Sirkeer Malkoha and many more birds make it a interesting bird trail as well.

08:30 AM Have breakfast on the way.
10:30 AM Reach Bidarakatte Trek base and start the trek.
Around 12:10 PM, You will reach the Bidarakatte peak and explore the peak.
02:00 PM Head towards the nearest restaurant for lunch(Veg).
04:00 PM Water activities like kayaking and Swimming
05:00 PM Head Towards Bangalore.
07:30 PM Reach Back to Bangalore.

Alcohol or other intoxicating products are prohibited during the entire Bidarakatte trekking.
The timetables for meals will be specific, which will be provided to you by the guide.
Do not expect luxury, as we will traverse pristine and untamed nature.
Pay attention to the instructor's guidelines.
Do not carry valuables or expensive jewellery during the Bidarakatte trip.
Avoid using earphones during the trek, as they might hinder your audibility.
The above pickup and timings have been selected based on the Bangalore traffic Jam, and the timings will help the participants reach the base camp on time and maintain the trek's schedule.
A basic level of fitness is compulsory to undertake the Bidarakatte trek.
