Terms and conditions for General Events
1.
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable.
2.
In case of unforeseen, Weather conditions or government restrictions, permission changes, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity or Postpone option. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
3.
Vouchers can be used once only.
4.
All our arrangements are very basic; we do not/cannot provide luxury on such events. Our accommodations are many times: Sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, room with no beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
5.
You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations.
6.
All participants registering for the trek should be comfortable in carrying carry your own required items / distributed items, which includes: Your personal backpack, sleeping bags and common items like food, tents etc distributed equal among the group by our team.
7.
In case of damage or lose of any of the equipment or Items of Escape2Explore, responsible member has to bear the cost.
8.
We have designated pick up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transports to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
9.
We are dependent on third party transport agency; we don't have direct control over vehicle, vehicle drivers. Issues pertaining with pickup and drop times or quality of bus are quite rare. If you are too specific please check before registering.
10.
Escape2Explore is NOT responsible, if any injuries or accident occur during the event.
11.
Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, causing delay during the event will be treminated form the event without no prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport to way back, Escape2Explore do not hold resposibility of terminated clients.
12.
We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
Terms and conditions for Triquetra resort
1.
Camping's provides in our resort are usually equipped with standard amenities.
2.
All facilities to be used only between checkin and check out timings as per reservations.
3.
Management will not hold any responsiable for any damages, losses, injuries and accidents at all areas of the resort. For any damages caused to the property during your stay will be asked to pay to the resort directly. Childeren must be supervised by a parents/guardian, all the time .
4.
We try to keep our environment as clean as possible . kinldy do your part by throwing all trash in the designated trash bins.
5.
Without Adventure crew, please do not try any adventure activity. Activities are all single attempts only.
6.
If it rains / windy or even due to technical issues activities may delay or stop due to safety reasons.
7.
No Exclusivity is assured as there may be other guests availing the same facility at the same time.
8.
Guest can enjoy their time by playing music in their mobile phones but not via speakers, Playing loud music may disturb other guests.
9.
Food will be available only at the scheduled timings.
10.
Food prepared for lunch and dinner are not permitted to be used as starters for drinks or any other purpose than for lunch and dinner.
11.
Starters or any items which are there in buffet lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Breakfast should not be taken outside the restaurant and it’s strictly not served for boozing. If customers are taking plates outside the dining hall or boozing, strict action will be taken from the management.
12.
Required Starters can be ordered on ala-carte basis, standards prices will be applicable.
13.
Alcohol allowed only in the permitted areas. Strictly prohibited in the common areas like Well, dining hall, reception, game stations, multi-utility hall, and rain dance.
14.
The Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am the following day. Loud or offensive noises during quiet time (i.e., loud music, parties are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
15.
After consuming alcohol guests are not allowed to use the Well jumping and they cannot take part in any of the adventure activities.
16.
Please maintain some decency / self-standards inside our premises. If someone is found misbehaving with anyone in the property, immediate action will be taken, and we may ask them to leave the premises without any refund.
17.
Please don't throw the bottles and unwanted things in the lake.
18.
Guests should not walk with wet cloth and swim suit in the dining area and public areas.
19.
Pets not allowed for Special events.
