Laso Schaller, a canyoning expert and high-diver, sets a new world record leap off a waterfall. The Brazilian-born, Swiss-raised, regularly leaps off 25m, 30m, or even 35m cliffs with nary a thought.
But almost 60m – higher than anyone has ever jumped before him? That really takes some guts and thought! The leap of 58.8m took an airtime of 3.58 seconds attaining a speed of 123 km/h as he enters the water.
