Team Building Games for Corporates

Team games are the best thing to do on any trip. Employees of any company may work and spend time in the office together every other day but the best colours come to display on trips or treks. You may have a feeling that you cannot perform a certain task but we’ll make you believe that you can do much more than you ever thought. Teams are formed and you put up the best show to prove your team’s strength not necessarily by winning but by helping each other.

Some of team building games that are carried out by E2E are

Blind Fold Tent Pitching

A tent pitching is a shelter consisting of sheets of fabric or other material draped over, attached to a frame of poles or attached to a supporting rope, used to staying purpose in the wild or in the adventure camp.

Blind fold tent pitching involves team work as 2 members of particular team are blind folded and 1 member will be guiding them as there will be group of 3 members in one team with max of 8 teams participating with a coordinator for E2E adventures team briefing them about the activity. It involves team work of how well the instructor instructs their blind fold team mates to overcome the challenge.

Paintball

Paintball is a sport in which players compete, in teams or individually, to eliminate opponents by tagging them with capsules containing water soluble dye and gelatine shell outside (referred to as paint-balls) propelled from a device called a paintball marker(commonly referred to as a paintball gun).

Paint-balls have a non-toxic, biodegradable, water soluble mineral-oil. The game is regularly played at a campsite, as we organize regularly in our corporate events or team outings as a recreational activity.

Paintball technology is also used by military forces, law enforcement, para-military and security organizations to supplement military training. We carry out this activity by dividing the group in to two teams of 8 members each and after briefing about the activity we provide the team with the equipment’s required and 1 of our coordinator will be standing as referee to decide the winner by counting the paint marks on the jackets at the end of the game.
