The research proved that the participants had improved in their self-esteem and self-confidence, enhanced locus of control, and improved conflict resolution, problem-solving skills, increased group cohesion and many more.

Optimistic expression (hope) –Being optimistic can cover your 50% of the work/goal. Participants should be like throwing the caution towards wind, challenging boundaries and restrictions. One shouldn’t be guilty about the past or anxious about the future but should experience and enjoy the present life.
Tolerance of Adversity– It’s our ability to be resilient in the face of challenge. Our willingness to laugh, use humour during difficult situations.
Championship –Adventure is an expression of your heart’s intention and passion for life. As we all know adventure is not limited to the athlete or dare devil, anybody can be the part of adventure. Adventure is also like any practice , one should be proud to receive the great challenges and perform with high enthusiasm, life gives us only certain chances we should make use of it and aim for the bigger challenges.
The top five psychological elements of negative adventures are:
Depression – We all have an inner dialogues and thoughts running through our heads. There may be both positive and negative but which one we choose and rely on that can lead to depression. We should come out of it by using more positive statements and justifying towards positive mindfulness.
Stress – People attain stress for numerous reasons. The stress also can decrease the strong enthusiasm towards “no I can’t”, I am not interested and so many other terms.
Panic Attacks – Panic attacks can be one more reason to avoid adventure. Once you perform adventure you can forget about the previous panic attacks and can lead a normal life.
Personality Traits – The researches have proved that the individual and environmental aspects work together by ultimately contributing to each situation indirectly. Personality traits are based on how the person handles certain situations and this is the first step towards behaviour patterns.
Negative People around – Surrounding negative people around can decrease your positivity. You may have high endeavour but if you have a negative people around it can be destroyed in fraction of seconds. It depends on how well we regulate our emotions, there is going to be a time when someone pushes our hot button. Hopefully by gaining more self-awareness and working with your environment it will be much easier to regulate negative emotions, and overtime begin to experience more positive emotions.
